I’ve been a patient at this practice for 8-10 years now and have never had issues before. However my last appointment was disappointing. I checked in 15 minutes before my actual appointment time and ended up sitting in the waiting area for a whole hour before getting taken back to be seen. Meanwhile patients of different and the same dermatologist I was seeing (that came in after me) were getting called back left and right. Once I was finally called back, the consultation went well, being told I was being prescribed some antibiotics. Well a whole 24 hours has passed and the prescription hasn’t even been sent to my pharmacy. I had to call the office back to see why it wasn’t sent. Then I was transferred to the doctors patient coordinator but was met with a voicemail. I’m hoping to get a call back and my prescription filled. Overall a disappointing experience.
