The staff is friendly and courteous. The doctor was courteous, I wish she would have given more heads up what she intended to do. She informed me that she will take a sample of my skin, but then just gave me a lidocaine shot without telling me in advance. I like when I am informed about the sequence of steps taken before procedures are initiated even small ones.

Awesome Doc! Dr. Zimmer is very thorough and professional. She does not weigh you down with a lot of medical jargon. She comes up with treatment plan that is effective and reasonable. The support team also deserves recognition as well. This is a good practice with good leadership.

Leaving this review on behalf of my husband. He said all the staff was very friendly and there was literally no wait, even though he arrived late ( our referral paperwork had old address). Their patient portal is very easy to navigate and allows you to have all the forms filled out in advance, which is a huge plus.
