Felt unsafe here…As I entered, there were signs stating masks MUST BE WARN at all times .About 2 weeks ago, I had had an appointment here. When I arrived, my temp was checked by an associate wearing her mask, however 3 associated, in the front office (appointment, phone, patient check-out, etc.) were either unmasked or had noses hanging out. I had to walk past one of them, so I stayed as far away as I could. I spoke with an associate, who took me to the room, about it. She said she would talk to the front office manager. When I left, there were 3 associates standing around chatting, unmasked, that I could remain distanced from, but the associate at patient check-out had on a very poor fitting mask that kept dropping below her nose. I figured their manager didn’t speak to them yet. Today, I returned, expecting things to be straightened out. Two of the same associates, from my last visit, were again unmasked. The main doctor, who started this clinic, was not in today. I asked to speak to the manager of the front office. I told her this was the second time I had seen this happening, and that I had been told it would be handled 2 weeks ago. She said she would talk to them about it. These front office folks are in full view of the waiting room. Nice example setting, as they sit next to signs stating masks MUST BE WARN at all times.
