My Mother had a most unpleasant appointment with Dr. Bruce Fuller and I want to address my total dissatisfaction. Rarely have I seen such a dismissive and less compassionate attitude than exhibited by a representative of the Skin Cancer and Dermatology Institute in Carson City. This “Institute” promotes itself with the words, “We strive to make your visit to any of our locations as comfortable as possible by treating you like more than a patient; we treat you like family.” Nothing could be more distant from the truth when dealing with Dr. Fuller.
