Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was very disappointed with communication on the owner’s side. I had contacted last week to see if I would be able to get two massages for Sunday (1/17). The owner had confirmed to send her our email and she would be in contact. I sent the information she had requested. She notified that we would receive a text to confirm our massages however never explained if we didn’t respond in her timely manner; we would get removed from her schedule. She had texted me yesterday at 3pm to confirm. It never said we had a time period to confirm. I confirmed this morning at 0900 that we would be there when she responded we were too late and would be fined $20 if we wanted to reschedule another day and time. She has no policies that explained this on her webpage nor did she tell me this verbally I needed to do this. This is not normal practice.
