Sego Lily is one of my very favorite spas! I love that the actual spa is so private, quiet, and calm. The music, the lighting, the meditation room, and the overall ambiance of the space really help get you into a place of mental calm so you can fully enjoy your time there. I have received many massages here, and all but once they have been amazing! The one time it wasn’t a great experience, they went out of their way to make it right, which I appreciated so much! I also can’t say enough wonderful things about the women’s changing area. The plush robes and slippers you are given to wear, the lockers they provide, the showers and sauna, and the plethora of products they have available to help you tidy up and be ready to head back out of the spa after receiving your services, they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic experience. I love coming to Sego Lily, and I’m sure I’ll be back many more times!

One of the massage men named Riley was very abusive in massaging to the point I asked for a different masseuse and the spa didn’t honor that sadly. He even rubbed in very private places that was super uncomfortable. I will never go back to this place where I feel uncomfortable and not taken care of. They can’t wait for you to leave if you go in at the last time available or in the day. Don’t even think you will get to enjoy their Sauna if you book their last appointment of the day or get water to drink. Also they are just unprofessional unlike any place I’ve been too. Don’t waste your money. Their water is warm and not flavored either. If you are thirsty at the last appointment good luck on getting a cold drink of water it just won’t happen. So disappointing but on a better note the Sego Spa in Layton is top of the notch. I will drive the extra hour to go there.

I was so excited to try Sego Lily Spa for the first time. I had read all the reviews and had high hopes. Upon arriving, the receptionist was on the phone, which took about ten minutes and made us right on time for mine and my sisters appointment. When I arrived at my room for my massage, I notified the gentleman that was performing my massage that I had booked a maternity massage and was unable to lay on my stomach. He said setting up the pillows for that would take time into my massage and told me that if we start on my back, we can go from there. I ended up getting just my neck and shoulders massaged. They did adjust my price a little for the massage, but it was still disappointing. My masseuse was extremely nice and did a good job on my neck and shoulders, but it’s not what I booked.

I was excited to try this spa. Unfortunately I asked the receptionist to schedule me for Saturday but instead scheduled me for Friday. I’m a nurse and have a very busy schedule, I don’t have time to answer calls/return calls while on the floor to confirm appointments. I received a text but didn’t look at the date, I trusted the receptionist had my schedule for the right date. I wanted to reschedule…or anything I could do even with the same masseuse but the manager denied my request. I was charged 100% for services I didn’t receive for a miscommunication between myself and the receptionist. I was planning to become a regular at this spa but after this situation I’ll never go or recommend this place. I’ve worked a Med spa’s for many years, YES managers can work with you but she was willing not to and lost a potential long term customer. Anyone know of a good spa near midvale?

This is a wonderful spa. You step into a tranquil atmosphere the moment you enter the door. I ended up buying a robe from here to have at home they are so comfortable. The massages are always top notch and I love sitting in the zen area.

I haven’t been to a spa this luxurious EVER (well, maybe that one place in Peru- they were EPIC!) The Massage artist hit every spot perfectly. The showers were incredibly strong- hot and rejuvenating— the meditation room was soothing with a fireplace and tea- and I came away SO relaxed and refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of the week! In fact I was so destressed I tackled snowshoeing up Cottonwood canyon the next morning!

Colton’s intuitive and knowledgeable methods were effective at releasing the tension in my body. I love that nothing is rushed. I am allowed to arrive early to relax in the lounge before my message and again after. The steam room and massive shower are wonderful as well.
