Hello! My name is Sue Weaver and I am a Master Stylist with 30+ years experience in all phases of hair design, working in Frederick, Maryland. My passion is hair color as it is continually changing with new trends and purposes. No longer is color just to cover gray but to allow the client to make a statement about who she is! My intention with this page is to provide advice, techniques, and instruction to help you make the choice that is best for your personal style and I do offer free consultations.
