Great massage but the owner of this business is a crook. I have no problem paying for a good massage, when I called there was no price quoted. When I arrived I was quoted 220 for 2 hours. Ok fine I’m here I said to myself so I stayed and got the massage. At the end when it was time to pay, now there’s a difference in cash or credit and I’m only using credit because I have Canadian bank accounts and get smoked for the forex fees and it’s now 260. The principal of the fact that this was not clearly communicated to me was a non starter. To which the owner got on the phone with me and tried to gaslight me about having told me that, which he did not. All cocky the guy says he has a recording of the call (which honestly I found a bit strange given the nature of the business he is in). He tries to get me to pay up front and then apparently he will reimburse me if I’m right. I refused to pay until I heard the recording because I knew for a fact he didn’t tell me the price or that rule. So he pulls up the recording and guess what? He didn’t say a word about either. So he gives me a ‘discount’ alluding that the extra 40 must now come out of the RMTs pocket. This guy is really something.
