I went with my boyfriend not too long ago and was seen by Dr.brown and his two nurses Verlaine and Chennel. Overall experience was great. Loved his nurses they were very nice to the both of us. Docs are great and staff is great but they always forget to put the prescription after patient leaves… from the pleasant experience to meeting the doctor. I think they should provide paper prescription because all the time I didn’t wait at the time of my appointment. I had to call and go back and forth to the pharmacy.

Dr. Brown is one of the best dermatologist in the state however the front staff in this facility needs further training in customer service. Their main concern is talking amongst each other and what time are they going to lunch! I was not properly checked in and upon check in almost an hour later they put me in a room that hadn’t been sanitized from the previous patient! Unacceptable and unprofessional front desk staff

Don’t waste your money, go to another practice. Doctors spend less than 2 minutes with you and won’t listen to your concerns or questions. Doctor stood in the doorway from the beginning to end of appointment, trying to end the appointment as soon as it began; this happened at multiple appointments. Doctor recommends tests but then doubts accuracy of results without supporting evidence. Wound care instructions never provided. Be careful with medicine prescribed and get a second opinion; medicine prescribed not appropriate according to another derm. Patient notes were more detailed than the advice the doctor gave. Doctor seemed bright but wasn’t interested in helping me. Large bill but no solution and no new information. Make sure to ask a lot of questions and actually get time from the doctor otherwise they will run out of the appointment. Appointments are scheduled back to back, 5-10 mins apart so they really rush you.
