I waited 9 months for an appointment in the evening. Sarah was not present for the appointment. When I spoke to her, she claimed that she was there even though the doors were locked. She became defensive and angry. I asked her for a simple resolution of when she could fit me in for a massage. She was unwilling to figure out a resolution. She also reported me to the owner of the Chiropractic office and told him that I was being difficult and inappropriate. As a result he dropped me from the office. Now I have no chiropractor and no masseuse. I have problems that require regular adjustments and massage to overcome. This is no standard of care. This office does not care about people.
