Joey was great! Salon Volo is great! I called for a consultation due to several Issues I was having with my hair. I was given an appointment the very next day after a customer was unable to keep their appointment. Joey was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He educated me on some of the issues I was having and offered suggestions on how to best approach the situation. He also suggested hair products that would give me the best results for what I was dealing with. He took the time to cut my hair in a way that would give me immediate results. He gave me the assurance that things were not quite as bad as I thought. Relief! Thank you, Joey! I’d like to mention that Karen at the front desk was awesome as well! She helped me select the products that I needed and offered the best deals available at the time. I was so satisfied, that I purchased a gift card for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She will be seeing Joey soon! Thanks, again. I look forward to the next time.

I don’t find time to take care of me very often. While visiting with a friend I mentioned it was time ! I needed a fresh look and she referred me to see John. I’m so happy she did ! We had a great appointment. He was friendly and fun. Very knowledgeable and understanding of my extremely difficult hair type. I love my new look and will absolutely recommend not only John but this salon over all. Not one person was in a bad mood. Everyone was enjoying themselves and the crew had a great atmosphere !

Rob is an excellent hair cutter and stylist. I always get a nice haircut and people compliment me on my hair. He used to do my color also which I liked, but I decided to go natural, which decision he supported. He is also the owner of the salon. Wow, I felt like a new person after coming here. Alisa is such a talented, kind hair artist. She was honest about what was best for my hair and did not try to sell me on unnecessary services. She checks in with her clients every step of the way and is very knowledgeable on color processes and scalp tips. My hair hasn’t felt this good in a long time, and her color match to my root was amazing! I would definitely recommend her, and I just wish I found out about this location sooner 🙂 overall the staff is lovely and the environment is welcoming!

I mean in what world was this an okay way to let me leave the salon??? 500$ wasted… before and after pics. I’m 100% the nicest person u will ever meet but this is just unacceptable… I had to go black to cover all this up, all I needed was a color correction to remove the golden band between my blonde and my root. I’m horrified.also update: I DID NOT USE ANY BOX DYE! My hair was professionally fixed after this mess.

I scheduled with Johnny from one of my best friends. The consultation he performed to get a feel for how my hair is normally styled and what look I am going for helped him get a picture of what to do next to bring a little more “character” into my hairstyle. He spoke about his plan and gave me a walkthrough, allowing me to decide if something needed to change before he took the scissors in hand and to my hair.
