Critical: ProfessionalismThe building is nice and lots of options .. owner’s daughter is welcoming and so sweet ! … I met some good ppl who were busy so they couldn’t take me as a walk in BUT before leaving someone offered to assist me with a wash and silk press ………. Needless to say she did not treat me like she knew what she was doing …… I told her I had glue in my hair from a quick weave , all she has to do is let some shampoo sit in it and then it will come out ……. NO , she did the opposite she put conditioner on my hair and started to comb it and a lot of my hair came out because of this …….. I asked her to use a comb that matches my hair texture! And she said she can’t find one , she doesn’t know what she did with it …… then proceeded to pass me a comb and some shampoo as I washed my own hair !!!! ……….. very disappointing, this was my first time ever getting my hair done at a salon and she made the experience very bad for me ….. after I washed my hair she blow dryed it and “ pressed it “ and it looked so thin and just terrible , I left w my head down and feel embarrassed from the whole entire process ….
