I booked at appoint for 6pm on a Tuesday when I get off work. It’s 6:11, I’m standing outside the business and it’s locked up, closed. I JUST received a notification that she cancelled my appointment due to being overbooked… we can blame the notification coming late on my cell service because the time on the email says 5pm. But cancelled an hour before my appointment? Completely unprofessional. Not to mention the reason for cancelling is a lie. She closed up early, she’s not overbooked. While I understand she’s not a mind reader and couldn’t know that I planned my whole day (ultimately, week) around this. I truly try to give people the benefit of the doubt but the lying and late notice doesn’t sit right.
