I went and got my nails done tonight and the guy who did them he did a wonderful job, I went in not knowing what I want I just knew I wanted Christmas nails and he helped me figure out what I should do and they came out perfect. Thank you so much ! Will definitely come back I’ve had my nails done at other places and this is by far the best nail place!

I got a gel mani-pedi for the 4th it didn’t last 24hrs I had to go back Tues and I didn’t know his name but his station is #19 he did them over and they lasted 2 days, I was hoping to find a good nail place from this area but, I’ll make the trip to Niles my former nail place it’s 40 minutes away but worth it. I gave 3 stars because whoever did my pedicure did a good job.

I have been coming to this shop for 3 years. I have only had one bad experience, yet as they say don’t punish all the techs because of one tech. Henry has been my tech for over a year, don’t underestimate him. There are so many good techs there. I’m sure the perfect one for you is there, just have to shop around in the shop and find them.

Today is my 49th Birthday and my beautiful wife wanted to treat me to a pedicure because I’m on my feet all day. We arrive and was greeted, they sat me down and turned on the water and let me sit in cold water. No one came and said anything they just expected someone to sit in cold water until they were ready to deal with you. This behavior is totally unacceptable, all she had to do was have someone come and ask how I was doing and everything would have been fine but nothing. Very bad service

I am so so picky with my nails and I’m always hesitant to go to a new place. But I saw so many good reviews from here so I decided to drive up from Wooster to go here. I got a pink and white set done and oh my god they’re perfect. My nail tech did such a good job listening to me and I am so in love with how they came out. Plus, I didn’t have to wait for very long even though I walked in. Definitely recommend
