It’s okay! They have a lot of customers and a lot of good reviews, but I would say the place is quite average or a little below it. They are quick. However, it was my first time getting waxed and I wasn’t given any proper information or instructions. I would say this place is up to the individual. They literally just started ripping and waxing without notice or communication. The experience isn’t anything special.

The lady who did my wax today Vitoria, has terrible customer service, came across rigid and very unpleasant. I normally come to receive service at least once a month. Everyone is normally kind and professional. But Vitoria was rude, I asked if she can use the fan(by the waxing station) to cool wax down, it was hot and stung my underarms. She told me it won’t reach to where she was standing and just kept stirring the wax. She then moved to do my Brazilian wax and I informed her I have sensitive skin and it cannot be too hot in such a private and sensitive area. She responded to me saying, “you don’t have to be so rude, I am just doing my job. I can find someone else to this for you.” I was appalled, my mouth fell open in shock at the audacity of her being offended at my request. I remained silent. I felt like a hostage with an uncaring woman holding hot wax over my vajayjay. I did not have time to take her up on her offer, so she continued. I felt it was a very stoic and uncaring experience. At the end I requested to leave a comment card at the front desk, but the young receptionist directed me to leave a comment on this site instead. So here I am. Hope this helps someone else.

My waxer was Joseline. She was super cute and so sweet, but she really rushed my Brazilian. She did not let the wax dry fully and was ripping it up while it was still wet. Extremely painful. That happened over and over again. I like Rio a lot but this was not a good experience for me. Coupled with that, it’s been about 4 days and I’m already prickly.

I usually go to the Austell location and I should have stuck with that one. This location is extremely slow and the receptionist that came it at 12:30 was rude as heck. I made an appt for noon and my wax didn’t begin until 12:22 smh. I was here on my lunch break and this took up the majority of it. I won’t be back to this location. Brazilian waxing

So I usually go to Anna, that’s my girl. She’s always nice, and very up front. This past Thursday, I needed my eyebrows done, and Anna told me she would be outta town, so I decided to try a new person that “had” good reviews. I shoulda just thugged it out . So I only wanted a clean up, and stated that before she even started, but all she wanted to talk about was how the person who did my brows before (Anna) didn’t shape them correctly. But I always love my eyebrows and she does them the way she does so that my brows can grow out in certain areas, not to mention the compliments I get. Anyways, she proceeded to do my eyebrows, and now I’m jacked up to say the least. Word of Advice: never diss your coworkers, especially if your work is trash girlfriend.

Clean rooms & very professional staff. Lily was great! ❤She was very friendly & knowledgeable. Whenever I asked a question about upkeep or suggestions she gave specific details & reasons why behind it. For example: my exfoliating questions about my lady bits-she was very professional in her explanations. I made another appointment for 4 weeks based on her suggetion given my hair growth & i can’t wait to see her & chat again! Cash tips are left up front in envelopes under lock & key but i was also able to leave a tip on my card or by Cash App. Just an idea, when i questioned Lily, I was told that my $10 tip per area was very generous so 10 per leg, 10 for my under arms, etc. I know a lot of people wonder how to tip so hope this helps!
