I am proud to say I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 18 years, having been Nationally Certified and trained in Swedish and Therapeutic massage techniques in Phoenix, Arizona. I have worked in massage spas in both Phoenix, Arizona and Bismarck, North Dakota since 2004. The main goal of my work is to help clients reduce stress, relieve pain, gain more flexibility, increase strength, and create a positive attitude towards their overall health and wellness.

Joe is extremely talented and super relatable. I really value investing money into my own self care and relaxation and massage has been a great way for me to prioritize that. Joe also gets lavender oil from a Wisconsin lavender farm that I love. Joe is also great at focusing on problem areas like shoulders or calves for example and also will educate patients on why they may be having issues with those areas and stretches that target those spots. I highly recommend going to see Joe!
