I asked for a haircut similar to Shakira’s which was a little past the shoulders and three layers. Renee disputed with me about how many layers are in the haircut. Therefore she only gave me two layers leaving the top layer too long to have any volume in my hair. She gave me entirely different haircut than what I wanted and cut it too short. She never showed me the back of my hairstyle when finished and the mirror only allowed me to see the top part of my hair and not the entire haircut. The next day when I tried to style my hair, I realized how uneven it was and was not able to do anything with it at all and had to go to a funeral looking disheveled. I actually purchased a wig to wear out with my husband so I can cover up this mess. I tried to resolve this issue with Renee but she accused me of dragging her business through the mud. This was only because I posted on her page that I wasn’t happy and that was all I said. Needless to say, I will never go back to her for any service.
