After putting in an order and paying extra for express delivery, we had to call (no one answers) and then had to email a representative about an order that they say doesn’t exist…but the payment for product was taken out. There’s obviously a breakdown in record/order keeping and payment processing. The product may work, but you may not get a chance to try it…even after paying for it. I gave it a star only because I had to in order to post a review.
