My appointment was all setup. All the details and times and prices were in place. I show up on time and it’s locked and lights are off. I texted the artist and no response. I called and was hung up 3 times. I waited in the lot for 40 mins with still no text. 15 mins later texted me saying the “system” should have sent me a verification text to confirm my appointment today. If I did not confirm or cancel it wouldn’t be in the system. So she left early. No email, text, or call. She had the right number. But still no text. Tech does not always work to setup up appointments. Instead I waisted gas and my time. I text her again about getting no text she does not answer. Will not be going here again
