First thing they don’t answer the phone they only text and you will wait hours for responses if you even get one. I asked for availability they told me the times they had. It was set for 0830 on a Saturday. At 6 am I get a text saying they need to reschedule. Ask them when the next time would be THEY set the time for 1730 on a Thursday again that day 2 hours prior they rescheduled and said they wouldn’t even be at the office. Complete and utter disrespect for their patrons time. Why schedule something knowing you won’t be at the office. Just like you have a schedule we do to and I respected yours by working around your schedule. Terrible customer service.
