Critical: Professionalism, QualityI don’t recall if I’ve ever taken the time to write a review but this place’s customer service and manners needs to be noted. I took my 2 young daughters (8 and 10 yrs old) for a fun day of manicure during their school vacation and after 40 minutes of being ignored, we left and my girls were so turned off from the experience that they didn’t even want to go for another manicure anywhere else.When we walked in , no one greeted us nor acknowledged us although I had an appointment which on one even asked about. They didn’t even look up. They didn’t even say “pick a color” which is the min greeting and completely acceptable to me at a manicure place . I lost/dropped a $100 bill from my car to the salon, which I realized when I went to pick a color. I was looking for it and going back and forth between my car and no one even looked up to ask me about it nor offer to help or make any comments. Then, they just kept us waiting and waiting while taking another customer that walked in after us. When I finally asked if they were going to take us, they said yes when we are done. None of them were even close to being done. I still held out because I didn’t want to disappoint my daughters but finally told them we are leaving…THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK UP NOR APOLOGIES NOR SAY A SINGLE WORD!!! . I am all about supporting small businesses and everyone is going through a tough time but no one should be allowed to be as rude as this (not even mentioning at least a decent customer service).
