If you haven’t soaked in mineral Hot Springs before, you are missing out. We enjoyed the public pools with a variety of temperatures ranging from 98 to 104 degrees. It was interesting, knowing that the bath house had been there since the early 1900s. The cost is $25/pp (plus tax). We arrived around 3pm and had to wait about 30 minutes as they limit the number of people allowed in. You must bring a bathing suit and rubber shoes (or purchase them there). The admission cost gets you a towel (very thin), a locker w/key, drinking water and unlimited time in the hot springs. We spent a little more than an hour soaking. Highly recommend you treat yourself to this experience.

We went on Monday 3/28/22 It was not busy or crowded. We give 5 star to the ladies that did our couples massages Kat and Tonya and their registration staff Michelle. They were good, friendly and professional . I have to give a 2 to the staff registration sitting by the door. She was rude and doesn’t have no people skills. I wanted just turn around and go somewhere. We decided after the massage to dive in the hot thermal pools.

My sister and I were so happy to get a walk-in session without an appointment. The attendance were super friendly and on top of things to make sure our experience was the best. They made it their priority to keep everything clean and sanitized.

Amazing experience, professional and friendly staff! We spent some time ending our honeymoon in Hot Springs so we could relax and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We booked the Quapaw package with private mineral bath, massage, foot and scalp treatment. It was absolutely amazing and perfect!! Highly recommend!

Not the zen experience I was hoping for. From the baths, you could see stressed people arriving and paying for the bath and masked employee pulling down masks to breathe or talk to hearing impaired people. Suggest you make masks optional for employees and make the window stained glass. Guests were allowed to talk loudly, so no serenity. During my hour stay, the six lounge chairs were allowed to be occupied by towels or place holders (no people in them). Pros: It was clean, water temp choices were great (98 was most popular), they provide locks, lockers, towels, water, nice curtained showers, blow dryers, and water to drink. Tip: Doors opened at 9:30, I arrived at 9:25. Give yourself time to park. There is a free parking garage a few blocks away on a side street. Free Parking on one side of bath row street 2 hours only. We had kayaks on our car (so could not fit in the free garage), so went into a paid lot because I thought we would be in the baths 2 plus hours. One hour was plenty with no lounge chairs, no quiet, and no peace.

Came here for my Birthday weekend to be pampered. The public pool is amazing, but I would not recommend the private baths. The massage was great but street traffic noises were distracting.

We knew to get there early to access the thermal pools. We were to first to arrive… 50 minutes early and sat on the rocking chairs on the porch. Quickly, the porch and sidewalk filled up with others waiting to enter. Upon opening, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The locker rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed the morning lounging and soaking in the thermal pools. The attendant filled our water cups for us and answers any questions we had. There was a snack bar with drinks/food available for purchase, but we left at lunchtime.

We used the public pools as all the private sessions are fully booked on weekend. Pools are amazing, staffs are very friendly. We really enjoyed it. You do have to wait long time if you go afternoon or evening. We arrived there at 10:10am and it was just right time so many people behind us are waiting. I would recommend to go in the morning so that you can avoid long waiting time.

Great experience from coming out of town. Only got to do public pool, didn’t get to other packages due to appointments, next time will have when visiting a little longer. People that work there are very friendly & helpful

A bit pricey, but they accept walk-ins. The downside to this, however, is that the wait time was long. I recommend making reservations wherever you can when visiting this town. Otherwise, you will spend more time waiting than enjoying the experience you are paying for.
