I’m here in Cali for vacation and needed my nails done before driving to Vegas tomorrow. Came here due to the high reviews. I get my nails done fairly often as my family owns nail salons in PA and gotten them done before I came out. After 3 weeks here I needed to get them redone, so I came here. I’m still sitting in front of the store looking at my nails. I wish I could give them a good review but after seeing my nails finished I’m not too happy, but I’m also not someone going to make them redo it since it’s not terrible but not good either. Woman that did my nails, I was at table 4 (never got her name) saw the design I wanted and she started with the base coat on my right hand. I put it in the light while she worked on my other hand. When we went back to my right hand she was putting the polish color on but then stopped. Wiped all my nails off with a paper towel and used the buffer to remove the base coat off all my nails on the right hand and started all over again. The polish is blotchy and there’s air bubbles. The white tips also not uniform in color throughout the nail. One nail the white is bleeding. My middle finger on my right hand doesn’t even have the polish going up towards the base of my nail. Another lady came to her and asked if she couldn’t do the design and stood watching a bit and gave her some advice. She said she was fine and in Vietnamese said that my hands were too small (they didn’t know I’m Vietnamese too). When I was checking out the same lady that tried to give advice asked how they turned out. I just responded with its fine hesitantly since I didn’t really get to look at them. I paid $48 plus a $10 tip. I just expected better work and if the tech can’t do it, then ask for someone else. Probably be looking for a different nail salon when I come back out in a few months.

I’m so upset with this place!! I’ve been going there for the past 3 years for pedicures and acrylics, I would always recommend pro nails to friends and family!!! They lost a customer for sure!!! the first times they did such amazing work with both pedi and nails the older ladies were the nicest and knew exactly what they were doing I went this week and paid $140 for this awful work not only is this over priced but look at the design! She took over 2 hours doing this small and simple set! Not only did she file deep in my skin but the nails have dried up powder I can feel the powder on top of my nails if she knew the design was to complicated for her she could had just said so from the beginning! She’s rude and very unprofessional it’s my first time going there and seeing her she gets angry fast and was rude with an older lady there before me as well! When she gets mad with the customer she calls another lady to go and translate for her when both the older lady and I were very clear with the work we wanted done!! I would go there every month for pedi and never experienced this not only a waist of my time but paid way to much and On top of that I tipped her 10$ just to be nice and for her time I regret even tipping her!! Never going here again

Okay to start off, the customer service is BANG ON. Jasmine has such a nice and bubbly personality which is awesome. I wanted flower designs and she said: I can paint them on for you! I will make it look so pretty! So then, I let her do what she wanted on my nails, and OH MY GOD, they were seriously gorgeous. Also, the lady who did my pedi was Tiffany. She is very sweet and careful when doing pedicures because she didn’t wanna cut me. She applied on nail polish very very nicely! Awesome service. I will definitely come back here! 🙂

He was talking about doing long nails but I needed short nails due to fast food work so I’ll have to come back one day and get long nails. Go see Ivan! He pays attention to detail. This was my first time here and he shaped my nails very well and I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he even color matched the color by mixing two acrylic powders. I didn’t really care for a design but he told me that he could do something simple. Once i agreed I was happy because it ended up being so pretty!

I came in for a full acrylic set and I was very impressed! Ivan did an amazing job. The shaping was perfect and the best quality nails I’ve ever had. If a mistake was made, they made sure to go back and correct it and gave me the best treatment. The only place I’ll go for my nails now.

I got my nails done by Jasmine and she did a phenomenal job. I got almond nails with a yin and yang design on all of them and she was able to do them perfectly. They aren’t thick which is what I liked a lot about the way she does them and she’s also very friendly overall and helpful when you don’t know what design you want yet. I highly recommend getting them done by her.
