Nail techs took their time, and I mean literally took their time to make sure our pedicures and acrylics are perfect for the occasion. We couldn’t be any happier on the outcome. It is exactly what we wanted and they deliver without hesitation. Nail salon was spectacular with cleanliness and staff are very friendly with high standards of professionalism. Hannah and Le gave me and my daughter a superb experience. Nail techs took their time, and I mean literally took their time to make sure our pedicures and acrylics are perfect for the occasion. We couldn’t be any happier on the outcome. It is exactly what we wanted and they deliver without hesitation. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNot much needs to be said about the terrible job that Hannah at Princess Nails Salon did, simply look at the photos. Mega thick cheap looking layer of gel and extremely uneven coat. I know that she is capable of doing a good job, but I’m just tired of wasting my money (it’s not a cheap salon either) on manicure and pedicure I’m not happy with. I did mention to her that the layer of gel looks thick to which she laughed and said it’s the color I chose.I had another awful experience there right before my trip to Mexico. I accidentally booked only manicure when I planned on getting both done – manicure and pedicure. I asked the girl in the front to choose a technician that will get a decent job done to which she answered she can’t guarantee it. So I ended up with this older lady who kept looking around instead of my toes while taking the gel off and cut my toe with a sharp nail filer (part of the kit you get there). Not much needs to be said about the terrible job that Hannah at Princess Nails Salon did, simply look at the photos. Mega thick cheap looking layer of gel and extremely uneven coat. I know that she is capable of doing a good job, but I’m just tired of wasting my money (it’s not a cheap salon either) on manicure and pedicure I’m not happy with.
