Payton was not the best at communication before the wedding. I spoke with her on the phone about doing my wedding and she never mentioned having to pay a deposit or sign a contract. She said a trail was optional and I told her I didn’t want to do one. I thought we were good to go until I contacted her beginning of the week of my wedding. She said she had booked another bride who came in for a trial and paid a deposit. She ended up “accommodating” us. She was 2 hours late to do my WEDDING hair/makeup. She didn’t bother to call and tell me she was going to be late, I had to chain call her with no answer before she finally called me back. This made me have to change my plans of taking pictures with my husband before the ceremony and made getting ready for the big day very stressful. She ended up only doing me and 1 other person when she was supposed to do 5 of us because there was no time so they did their own hair. She didn’t offer a discount or much apology even for this. She only gets 1 star because my hair and makeup turned out to be nice but not the best I’ve had.
