First I would like to say I have NEVER in my life taken time to write a review. But I really feel my experience warrants a review. So me and my friend both bought a Groupon to have our hair done together. So I call the number on the website and no one answers. I then get a text message back asking who this is? Which I thought was weird but whatever. Our whole correspondence for everything that happened was over text message which I find unprofessional. Had the hair dresser said she can’t do us both together I would have been okay with that…but instead she booked us an appointment in two days from booking it. Then I get a text message saying she needs to move the time to an hour later. So I say fine. Then the day of our appointment she says she can’t do it until next week. So we book the appointment again for next week. So then the day before our appointment again she requests to move the appointment for a later time. We agree. THEN the day of out appointment she says she can’t do us both because of her asthma and can do one us that day. So I begrudgingly agree to go because at this point I need to get my monies worth. She then says she can’t agree to the original time. I have been doing nothing but being patient but I realize she didn’t respect my time at all. So o give her one last shot. As I am on my way to my appointment she texts me she is running late. I get to Polished the door is locked, it is hot and 30 minutes go by and she is still not there. I leave and let her know she wasted my time. There is no excuse for how this situation played out. The hair dressers name was Crystal and she blamed the amount of groupons sold. Basic common sense would have prevented all of this. Now I will have to fight with Groupon to get my money back.
