I stopped by after eating at a nearby restaurant and Ivy was my tech! I told her I was having a baby girl in a week and wanted something fun. I absolutely loved the colors and she gave me the absolute perfect shape that I asked for. I would definitely recommend Polish and will definitely be returning even though it’s a 30 min drive from my house!

I have been to about 5 other places around the area and one even an hour away to find a good place. I happened into Polish with no appointment about two weeks ago. They took me immediately and did a great job. Very friendly professional and above all did what I asked and not what they wanted. I got a good leg massage & foot massage with my pedicure my gel/acrylic manicure is great. I now came back a second time today and they have not let me down again. I moved to Jacksonville in June 2021. I am very picky about my nails. I have been to about 5 other places around the area and one even an hour away to find a good place. I happened into Polish with no appointment about two weeks ago. They took me immediately and did a great job. Very friendly professional and above all did what I asked and not what they wanted. I came in Saturday evening for a new full set. It took about 2 hours, the guy was rough with my fingers, did not bring the Acrylic all the way down to my cuticles I came back in 2 days later to hopefully get this resolved due to having to work. I come in and I get brushed off they don’t wanna fix them. Lazy workers! I paid 93$ for the worst nail experience ever. They do not care if there clients are happy! Will never come back here. I’m Embarrassed of my nails for being only two days them trying to tell me my nails grew out my nails do not grow out that fast nobody’s does!!! And to add 2 of my nails are Crooked.

I went there today to have surgery on my feet. Lol it’s been about 6 months other than me doing the maintenance at home. I met with a coworker and she was already getting her feet done. So , now 20 minutes has passed someone finally comes to me. This lady was rushing and so hard on my feet. My toenails weren’t shaped . The lady that was doing my coworker’s feet was still on the same foot. This lady had done both of mine in 5 minutes. I had to tell her I am paying to enjoy this and your rushing and doing a have as job. I got up went to the and spoke with the Manger and told her I was willing to pay for me briefly putting my feet in their water, but she said it’s okay. I left and the Manger is the reason they’re getting the stars they are getting. I won’t be back.

The best nail salon around and that’s being said by someone who’s tried every nail salon near the town center/ in the town center. I get sns and for holidays i get designs on top. Very inviting environment! I was a walk-in and was immediately taking care of. My nail tech was Jasmine. She was very sweet, very informative about pricing ( which I really appreciate), made sure I was happy throughout the whole entire process, and kept a very light but fun conversation.
