I looked at the reviews and set my appointment with a specific woman at a specific time. I came in and waited for about 25 min which was not ideal at all, but they did let me use a massage chair free of charge which was nice. I then was placed with a different woman than who I booked with, and she did fine. She didn’t clean up the nails and left them messy (see pictures). The nails overall looked pretty good but I expect the nail techs to clean up their messes around the nails so I was disappointed.

This is my third time at Paradise Nails and I’ve been happy each time. Nice work while still being timely. The techs are all very friendly. I’m a very petite gal and my hands are small, so it’s not uncommon for nail salons to nick me and make me bleed when they’re rushing, but Paradise Nails has never done that. Prices are fair, as well. I think I’ve found my new favorite nail place!

I wish I could say that I felt better about my experience. Beware of pressure sales and uninformed charges. Upon walking in, we asked for just gel nails, no manicure. Supposed to be $23, receptionist kept pressing to do the $33 dollar manicure with Gel. Upon sitting down with my nail artist, I picked what colors I wanted, and was pressured to do another type of polish, I asked 3x if the type of polish was more expensive or costed more, and he didn’t understand my question, and just kept saying it was more beautiful. I ended up just picking from the colors he told me to pick from, because he wouldn’t do the gel colors I picked. My manicure, compared to what you get at other businesses was as follows, normal cutting, and then instead of having a warm bowl of water that my hand was put in to soften the cuticle the nail artist, poured out a cold water bottle into a wet bowl on the table and had me stick my hand in the freezing water, then had my cuticles pushed back cut off, and that was it. That was all the manicure was, for an additional $10 dollars a hand ice bath was included. The nail painting turned out great, so that was the only good thing. I was pressured at the end of it to do nail designs, even though I kept saying no thank you, and kept being pressure to do a pedicure, or toe polish. I kept saying no thank you, maybe next time, and consistently had to repeat myself. Upon getting my ticket to check out, the artist handed me a ticket for $40, instead of the $33 I was quoted. The same happened to my sister, with no indication of why the price was now $40 instead of the $33, we were just expected to pay. I can easily say that it was the most uncomfortable, confusing, and untrustworthy manicure experience I have ever had. And I will not be recommending or returning. The nail color turned out nice. But not worth the $40 plus tax and tip I had to pay.

My fingers hurt so badly! My nail tech seemed like she didn’t care that she was hurting me >.< she sliced my pinky and nicked my 3 middle fingers. Every time I was my hands, my fingers down to my top knuckles hurt! I’ve never had that happen to me before. They only reason i have 2 stars is because the nails do look beautiful

Love these! Only thing that was kinda weird was that they shaped the almond shaper after the acrylic was on so it was thicker and hurt a little when they shaped it. They also put my nails directly into a jar of acetone I am not sure how sanitary that is. But they were nice and absolutely loved the design! If you since up for the texts they send coupons a lot or can check in for points.

The first time I went in I wasn’t so please but Jessica was amazing at helping me out and giving me a Beautiful new set of nails. She worked so hard while answering the phone, helping people check in, all while making sure I was happy. I don’t know how the place would run without her.

Sam N is incredibly fast at acrylics without sacrificing quality. I like the online booking option through the website although it was giving me problems. Their prices are reasonable. Would recommend Acrylic nails, Nail art

Waited 30 minutes after I had an appt even, then they took 10 minutes to do my gel nails. Not thorough. The actual painting looks fine but the manicure part was completely rushed. Also have a ton of paint all over my fingers that they didn’t even wipe before putting them in the UV light. I’ll keep going to my usual place. Good try though 🙂

I booked an appt for mani and pedi for 10am on a friday morning. I checked in at 9:50am, sat there until 10:40am. They told me my lady hasn’t showed up yet which wasn’t a big deal, I didn’t care who I got placed with. I sat down and got my pedicure and everything was great. I moved to a different chair for my manicure and was super rushed through the paint layers for curing time cause it was getting busy. I was so happy with the colors and how my nails looked. When I was checking out, the owner asked a different nail person if it felt wet, obviously I couldn’t understand them but I definitely heard the word “wet”. He told me if I have any problems to come back and they will fix it. I brushed it off and thanked them cause I was so happy with how they looked. I got home and literally a hour later the tips of a few fingers started to curl. The next morning I wake up and a couple fingers were a disaster. I went back the next morning and they didnt make me wait at all even though it was busy again, and fixed them correctly without charging me. I wish my nails would’ve lasted longer cause I loved my color combo but unfortunately, I wont be going back. I’m so frustrated that they didn’t take the time to sit me back down after they knew some of the lower layers were wet and they still let me walk out.
