They’re always really busy and deserve so much love!!! They’re my go-to now that I live in the Lafayette area, and I wish I could go more.They have some great talent over there but for me personally, I haven’t tried anyone else yet because I love Lena! I saw some pictures of her work on here and I just had to come. She has never cut me when drilling for my acrylics (I can’t speak for anyone else but this is my personal experience with her) and likes to try different designs with my nails for freestyling.(Pics: both sets were done by her! It was a nice visit… but, they do Rush… they don’t pay attention to their task at hand due to worrying about getting finished & on to the next $$$!! Im not a picky person, I am very easy to please, but also, If I’m giving you the money that I work hard for, I expect you to actually do the job I’m paying you to do! Not cut corners, nor short cut the job. I’m still looking for that right place, where I can actually relax & Enjoy the actual spa ambiance… & a massage that is actually a real massage for the health of my feet… I’m not asking for anything extra above of what I am paying for… Just disappointing time after time…

I had a wonderful experience. The entire place is so clean and filled pleasant staff that is always ready to work efficiently. Today I had the best service ever from Ms. Wendy completing my full set via dip and Ms. Stephanie completing my Palace pedicure along with Gel. It was my first time choosing gel on my feet after the ladies explained how it differed from regular polish and I absolutely LOVE IT! These ladies worked diligently and provided me with excellent customer service and 100% satisfaction. Thanks Palace Nails I truly feel valued as your customer.

By far the best nail shop I’ve ever been too! I’ve been to dozens of shops from Baton Rouge to Mississippi and this place was by far the best, from quickness, to doing exactly what I asked, and atmosphere, it’s a must. I walked in and they have a staff of like 15 people ready I showed the girl what i wanted and trusted her options fully and not only are they some top quality nails, they are exactly what I wanted! I also was able to go on my lunch break and still have 5 minutes to spare once I got back to work! It was impressive im used to waiting hours sometimes to have my nails done and these lady’s don’t play games they get it done!! 100/10 I recommend this place fully! Bee especially knows her stuff and was super great!

Love this place! Went today for the first time because my daughter received a gift card for her birthday and it was the best experience. They have the cutest little kid chairs and made her feel like a princess. They even gave her candy and gave my son candy while we were waiting. We will definitely be going back. Pedicure, Manicure

Parking lot was full but they still had space for more people. The lady who did my nails was very through on making sure they where even. I did also get my brows done and it didn’t hurt as much as other places I have gone. The prices aren’t bad either, I was very surprised at how inexpensive what I got was. Over all Im very pleased and will definitely be returning in the future

I tried the 1 Hr Lemongrass and Ginger pedicure and it was the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. VICKY was very detail oriented to the point where moves to file and shape your toenails from the direction you see them. She also really put in the work on my foot massage. The pedicure included fresh fruit, ginger, lemongrass, and essential oils with buff(ing), scrub(ing), mask, moisturizer, massage, paraffin, hot stone massages, hot towels, and gel polish. Also included a heated shoulder pad. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
