Very disappointing and frustrating experience! I initially used a Groupon, then I stopped going because Jay drastically increased prices. The last time, I went for a student lashes set, Jay texted me right after I left because she “forgot to ask me for my student ID”. Without any problem, I sent her a picture of my student ID. She told me that she must see an expiration date, so I must send her the back of the card. I explained to her that my college student IDs do not have expiration date on them, but I sent a video rotating my card to show that it really doesn’t have an expiration date on neither side. She responded: “I’m gonna be honest with you, I know many people in college and have checked many ID’s, all of them have a expiration date. Also in that photo you look young. Like 4 years younger, and I do this deal to help people who are still in school and cannot have a full time job”.
