Nurtured Pathways was created to support people on their path to self care; by means of alternative health modalities. We believe that there is a connection between being healthy on the inside and outside. We use a holistic approach to self care to help you on your journey; including: in-house Massage Therapy, Virtual Wellness Workshops, Classes, and more. We also offer postpartum doula services, family wellness classes and other services to support new and growing families.
