My experience here was nothing short of stressful. My initial appointment was rescheduled last minute because Heliane was “sick”. On the rescheduled date, she showed up with a black eye. “Nurse” Heliane is not a specialist in lip filler, she does not know how to add volume without causing unnecessary bumps and unevenness. I went to her to fix my naturally crooked lips and when she had asked me if I had filler before, I let her know I did about 2 years ago and hadn’t after that because it was a negative experience. I had to return multiple times because I went from crooked on one side, to the other, and then super bumpy. Every step of the way if I had any callouts or concerns she would blame my natural anatomy, my previous filler (which were basically dissolved at that point), but never herself. This woman is a Class A narcissist. When asked to fix the bumps SHE CREATED on my lips, she said she needed to charge me further for a removal and continued to mistreat me and accuse me of taking advancing of her. Claiming it’s unfair for her to use product on me to fix the issue SHE CREATED. While I have to drive to see her and return multiple times just for a normal set of lips. Then proceeded to tell me she didn’t care. Do not go here unless you want to be mistreated and mutilated by a sour nurse.
