No waiting from the time I walked into the clinic until the time I left! I was greeted promptly by the office staff, almost immediately taken back to a patient room, interviewed by the MA and the doctor walked in within a minute of the MA leaving! Dr Miller was awesome, didn’t seem rushed at all, and answered all questions and concerns. Overall great experience!

Dr Dale was excellent and all the staff was friendly and efficient. He explained that the spots I’d come for evaluation weren’t of concern, he has the same things himself. The other spot I needed him evaluate was considered a future threat and he dealt with it immediately. I’m very happy with the entire visit; punctual and professional.

He takes the time not only to address your issues but also is interested in you as an individual. His smile is warm and genuine as is his personality.. First time there and it was a pleasant experience. Office is rather spartan but sufficient. Staff reception were good and got the job done in no time. The PA was very nice. Dr visit was good, quick and, I believe, thorough. Definitely recommend.

My initial call to the office suggested it was a month out before I would be able to see Dr. Miller. After a suggestion to talk to his personal assistant, I had an appointment for like the next afternoon. Dr. Miller was extremely thorough and very clear about what needed to be done. Very happy you were all there!

On time appointment. Well greeted at front desk. MA used iPad for screening questions that was subsequently used by the Provider. Exam was thorough and efficient. Education occurred throughout the visit. Areas of concern were addressed and treatment options outlined. Well done through out!

I had no need for concern, thank goodness, but Dr Risner is very professional and very caring and I have complete confidence in her. My visit was for surgery on my temple to remove cancer. I was very nervous but the Drs. assistant and Dr. Risner made me feel so relaxed I got through the procedure with no problem. They talked to me, checked on me, and made me feel so at ease and that they really cared. They were fantastic !! I was definitely taken care of and I thank them both very much.

Had a 1:30 appointment; procedure started at 1:30; always appreciated, not having to “wait”. Dermatology “stuff” is never “fun”, but the Doctor and assistants had “great bedside manner(s)” and we were talking and laughing during the procedure; it was fun; anxiety allayed. And, procedure discussed, options provided, and process was quick and painless (lidocaine is a wonderful thing). So, thanks!
