Our focus is postural correction and pain reduction. We work with acute and chronic pain, limited range of motion, scoliosis, lordosis, back and hip pain, neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, lymphedema, pre and post surgery… Our muscle balancing approach uses muscle testing to determine muscles that are overworking and underworking, and massage techniques to relax the muscles, then retest to get the brain reconnected to the proper muscles and eliminate the compensation patterns to reduce or eliminate pain, increase range of motion and teach your muscles how to relax. We incorporate lymphatic drainage and visceral manipulation to myofascially release tissue that is stuck and to reduce inflammation and support your immune system.
