Got my nails done on 6/24 for my birthday by 6/28 lost 4 nails on vacation Wasn’t doing anything extraordinary! Should have known better when the girl tried 3 different glues and the nails wouldn’t stick. They have no problem up-charging for glitter, shape, length, or even tips than expect a tip. So over theese nail salons not even using quality products but charging out the a** waste of $120

New to jax and have tried a few other salons. This was hands down my best experience. I came in with some broken nails for a fill and Lee was amazing. She really took her time with the filing and shaping and was very careful with my cuticles. She even filed underneath the nails. Her partner also perfectly executed the design. Both were very sweet and pleasant to talk to. Not to mention the first time and student discounts! Will be coming back 🙂

The nails came out cute but the lady who did my nails kept cutting into my cuticles. My cuticles burn after washing my hands even with doing certain things with my hands I feel the burning sensation. She didn’t clean under nails before starting. I left with glue and blood on my fingers. Now I need to go out and buy ointment so I don’t get an infection.

I found nails.com and decided to try them out and so glad I did. They make the dip powder look so natural on the nail. I’ve sat with different people and all are consistent. Tony did a fantastic job. Probably one of the best pedicure massages I have ever received. I had a french manicure-V with french tips and acrylic. And a specialty pedicure. They were a little pricier than I expected, but over all a good experience.

I was so scared to get gel on my nails, because I didn’t want to ruin them, but Mr. Tony was so gentle and didn’t file my real nails down. I got a great color and maintained the integrity of the strength of my natural nails.

The establishment was clean. The service was not that great. Prices seemed high for manicure and pedicure. All I wanted was basic mani and pedi no nail polish. My attendant was rough and didn’t take the time clean out under my nails after the filing. I noticed some nail polish left on my feet. I’ll be trying another place.
