Loved the fact you can book an appointment online, makes it so easy. Walked in and was greeted by the owner, she remembered my name from the booking. I sat down with one of the junior nail techs, got started, no real waiting. Tech was friendly and it went fairly smoothly. On one finger the polish ran and got stuck to the skin. Not a huge deal, took a moment to fix it. The owner came over to check on the progress and thought there needed to be another coat of polish put on, so she took over and completed that. Her focus was on providing a good quality product & service. One thing that I thought was great is the staff could easily pick up where the other team member left off in case there needed to be a switch. This ensured customers weren’t waiting around. I also liked the price, $30 for gel if you didn’t have to remove prior polish. Will I go back, yes, I’d like to see how the pedicures are. Overall a positive experience with friendly staff.

The awesome Nga Rastatter which will be opening her first restaurant Saigon Nights sometime in November for which the menu looks phenomenal… did my nails. They look great. I have three different colors well done. She is super friendly and while doing my nails simultaneously helped one of her employees learn how they should do something properly and just multitasked beautifully. To be honest I’d rather have someone take the time to help their employees than let them flounder. I have a feeling the food will be awesome. Especially if she puts as much effort into her food as she does her nails.

I really really wanted to leave this salon a good review. They were accommodating to get me on same day, very polite when I arrived. I knew I would not get the same nail service I was previously getting in another state, I showed multiple pictures of what my nails usually look like and what I wanted understanding it wouldn’t be the same but gave the nice girl a try. $85, and I left a $40 tip. My feeling was she was polite and did the best job she could and even though I wasn’t completely in love with them, they would do less than 24 hours after getting them done , four of my nails were lifting at the cuticle after having an acrylic fill. I did not call. I did not complain even though they hurt and it was irritating. I went and bought nail glue and put it under to hold them until my trip back to Florida. Each day another one has started to lift at the cuticle today one broke off completely at the base of my finger. It’s been 5 days. The tips of my coffin nails have weird bubbles on the top, the underside of my nails were not filed so the edges are sharp and have other little lumps of acrylic. I think if you’re going to get a basic set of acrylic nails, not very long in length, with basic design, you’ll probably be fine . I absolutely hate to leave a bad review, but the owner asked me to leave one as I was leaving. If they hadn’t started to break and painfully lift like they are, I would have just not left a review at all. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for more than 30 years and this has never happened to me. total waste of money as I now have to take all of these off and get a complete new set. Photos of broken and glue around my cuticles to hold on and weird bubble tips not even and smooth. Last pic what I usually get done for the same price or less also, when I went in my nails hadn’t been done in a little over three weeks and we’re all intact with the exception of one that was lifting, which is the same nailed. It started to lift less than 24 hours later before the others started..

What a perfect morning with my mother and my daughter for my Mom’s birthday! (Three generations!) We were visiting from out of state and able to book on short notice, every technician was personable and friendly, and the space was bright and clean. Friendly staff. Longest lasting gel manicure, 3.5 weeks out and little sign of peeling off. Only docked a star because they should buy new towels and deep clean. Reasonable prices but you will not get the spa experience here which was fine w me. I’d rather pay less and enjoy the value of a long lasting Mani.

This was our first time here from out of town, and we had a very pleasant experience! We were able to get an immediate appointment with Nga and July, they were friendly and efficient.
