Brought my wife here for facials and massages for our anniversary. They were able to do one of us on the facial and the other on the massage in the same room, and then we swapped. The ladies were awesome! I would even say this place was better than the Trellis Spa at the Houstonian. The prices were great and we stayed at a cute B&B just down the road.

My husband gifted me a massage and hydra facial and both were great! They answered my questions since it was my first professional massage, and were all welcoming. The facial was great and the esthetician recommended some products, which I really appreciate it. Overall the vibe was calming and the ladies were very nice, I definitely want to go back!

I received a gift certificate from a friend for my birthday and I am so happy that I found My Spa Joy! From the very moment of walking through the door Miriam greeted me warmly and made sure that I was comfortable as I waited for my massage appointment. I enjoyed a hibiscus tea as I waited in the sitting area. Even waiting was a pleasant relaxing experience! Tracy was my massage therapist and she was delightful and professional. Throughout the session she made sure to ask if I was comfortable and if everything was to my liking. I will definitely be back and make sure to spread the word to family and friends about this. Very relaxing and wonderful spa!

Me and my sister came for the Peppermint Bliss massage with the hot stones to celebrate my birthday. It was a lovely experience. The young lady who greeted us was so friendly! Both of our massage therapist were great. They asked us questions to tailor the massage to our needs. They made us feel comfortable and always checked to make sure we were okay with the amount of pressure applied throughout the experience. The combination of the cooling peppermint and the warmth from the hot stones really helped with my muscle soreness. We left feeling relaxed!

My husband and I just had a couples massage here for my birthday and it was a great experience! This was my second massage and my husband’s first time getting one. The house is so cute, comfortable and feels safe. I had Tamla and she did a fantastic job! We got Swedish massages and I felt that the amount of pressure was perfect! There were multiple times where I was realizing how much I needed this! Overall a wonderful massage, and we will definitely be back!!

I enjoyed my massage so much! I did the neck, back, and face with peppermint aromatherapy. Prices are fair for the quality and the place is so cute! Each “ bedroom” in the house has a massage bed. Staff is sweet as well. My only complaint is the parking is limited, but it’s Houston, who’s surprised!? Definitely a hidden gem. Will be back!

My husband and I decided on a whim to go to this spa while in the area. I called late the afternoon and was given an appointment for the next morning. This spa is nice! It is clean, well maintained, and the service is impeccable. Our couple’s massage was very relaxing. We enjoyed both therapists; the therapists made sure that the massage pressure that we liked. Then only thing that takes away from the experience is the parking situation. Understanding that this spa is located in a historic home, helps to negate the parking snafu. This was an awesome experience – we will be back soon!
