Went in for a little girl time and pampering. Did not have to wait at all. LOTS OF SELECTION! The massage chairs are the best chairs EVER! Might not sound like a big deal but with two jobs and five kids a good massage chair is heaven! Nail technicians worked at a good speed and always checked in if it was to our liking! Excellent service! First time here, definitely coming back. I have an appointment at 3 PM and was sited immediately. Also, you can write you name on the computer, the place is clean, offer water, drinks and other refreshments.

I love the way my nails came out! I brought a Pinterest picture for reference and he nailed it! I had an appointment at 4pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seated immediately. He took his time and asked several questions while he was doing my nails to make sure I was liking it. I will definitely be returning and I 100% recommend this place.

Milan Nail Lounge was amazing! I typically only have done shellac manicures in the past. I like to keep things natural. I had never tried dip powder before. Instead of just letting me default to my normal plain polish they asked me a few questions about what I liked and asked if I’d like to try dip powder but they could do an overlay on my natural nails. I have never had my nails feel so pretty and fun without acrylics. Very please with their customer service and for encouraging me to try something new!
