Over the last 2 years I’ve been struggling with mid back pain. Although my back has been a source of pain for many years, with relief found through chiro and physical therapeutic care, this presentation was not resolving. The extent of discomfort was such that I couldn’t wear a bra for longer than 30 minutes before the pain flared.
