I happened to have been meeting some colleagues at a neighboring restaurant and saw the signs on the window of this business. I decided to stop in and ask a few questions about reflexology. I enjoy natural health and had been experiencing some pain in my hands. A woman, whom I imagine was the owner, seems very irritated to begin with responded with negative facial expressions as well as reasons that I was inconveniencing her by asking for an appointment. She made it clear that it was not not worth her travel time to come in from Rio Rancho where she lives to just make $15 off of me. I would have been more than happy to see what other opportunity there was for a full session of other modalities. This was not even offered or suggested. A young woman, whom I assume works at this establishment, didn’t say much but was very polite. I felt sorry for her because I can’t imagine the “owner” she works for to be a happy person or a pleasure to work with if she treats potential clients this way. Lesson in business: Treat every person like gold, the money will come. For someone claiming to be a healer, I might suggest getting some healing herself first. I hope this business survives, we need this in our lives. Hopefully this experience is a wake up call for her. The facility has a welcoming appearance and sounds very intriguing. The negative customer service does not support the exterior presentation.
