My mission is to offer relief from every day stressors and chronic pain and educate my clients on how to improve and maintain their physical health. My passion is to share knowledge of the body, tips on how to improve mobility, and offer comfort through my intuitive and healing hands. I have 5 years of experience in Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping, and Prenatal massage. I am located in downtown New Braunfels, a short walk from the Main plaza inside Lyndsey’s Apothecary and Wellness.
