I drive up from Tacoma to work with Kathy because she is one of a few CranioSacral Therapists in the area who also practices GemFormulas therapy. Those two modalities work together extremely well for really deep healing on a body level, and on up into the energy fields. Let me tell you about my latest session: I went in having already identified an energy blockage called “I’m not good enough.” It was attached to my physical body, and was holding on tightly. I had done SER (somatoemotional release) on myself and knew that it originated in the womb, and probably was a generational issue. But I was unable to release it myself, so I went to see Kathy. I went in and said “Gem me!!” because those are the big guns. For an hour, while she did her GemFormulas work, I did my Seeing Kathy work (i.e. snoring). The rest of that day, I was fine. But the next day, hoo boy, was I off balance! I was not in my body at all. I bumped into doorways, tables, and pretty much everything. Even at one point, walking along a flat sidewalk (without a phone), I fell over. Just bam! Fell over. I abandoned my other plans for the day and went home to take a nap. Something had been really profoundly changed, and it was taking my body a while to catch up. Something *has* profoundly changed. The “I’m not good enough” thingy is gone. That is the work of Kathy Lewis! Deep, deep healing in a gentle way that allows for snoring. No flashbacks, no agony. Just healing.
