Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGoing here is hit or miss. You find someone you like, try and make appointments with that individual and then for some reason they no longer take appointments so you get stuck with someone random. The staff is very kind however the wife of the owner is a total witch. I went to this place for over a year now every 3-4weeks and am so displeased with my last 3-4 visits (the wife was awful from the beginning, I just avoided her as much as possible). I got my nails done 12/18, 2 days later 12/20 they looked like shattered glass. I called and the owner Steve was very kind (like always) and told me to come in to get them fixed 12/20 since I just paid $60. I came in and again the Wife was an awfully rude individual. Two days later my nails looked exactly like they did when I went to get them fixed. This photo was taken 12/27. 7 DAYS!!! Plus they look grown out, my nails do not grow that fast. They were just not done well. Will NEVER go back. I wish I could show how rude the wife is. Going here is hit or miss. You find someone you like, try and make appointments with that individual and then for some reason they no longer take appointments so you get stuck with someone random. The staff is very kind however the wife of the owner is a total witch.
