I would like to start off by saying I like my lashes but my card was charged 3 times. Total charges were $300. When I noticed today, I called and texted Valerie (business owner) and texted the business number letting her know there was an error and even messaged the Instagram page. My bank statement reflected 3 charges for $100. I texted and called around 12pm today and I have not heard back about a refund. It seems very unprofessional to have not yet been contacted, especially after a big charge like that. The sad thing is that I would have absolutely gone again and I really thought I found my lash lady, but after this it makes it very hard to return and to ever recommend anyone. I like my lashes but they are NOT worth $300. I really hope she contacts me soon!
