Advanced Massage Therapy • 2 hours We have worked with professional athletes, an Olympic gold medalist, artists, musicians and vocalists. Our goal is to provide you with our best work, each and every time you visit our practice.	$250.00
Athletes Athletes looking for more than a general massage will be pleased to know that we have worked with elite distance runners, competitive Olympic Trials swimmers and one Olympic Medalist, master-level and teacher ranked martial artists, along with MLB, MiLB, NBA, and NFL athletes. We have also worked with blues, country, pop/rock and classically trained concert musicians and vocalists.
Chiropractic Care \| Initial Evaluation – $75. Adjustment – $45. Initial Exam Required. Our chiropractic practice is based on a supportive and elective health care model; care is typically provided at intervals to promote health and enhance the quality of life.
Clinical Reflexology • 1 hour In the comprehensive European Method of reflexology, a very gentle thumb and finger pressure engages specific points on the feet with the intent of restoring harmony & balance to the system.	$95.00
Example 1 – Strenuous Work Issues For example, if you are a police officer who has lower back issues due to carrying a weapon or wearing a heavy belt throughout the day, we’ll take the time to talk about your concerns and provide useful options that we’ve seen to be helpful for your particular problem.
Example 2 – Referral from your Doctor Or, if you have been referred to us by your neurologist, orthopedist, dentist or health care practitioner, we’ll provide sessions according to the referral, after your prescription and concerns have been reviewed.
Example 3 – TMJ Compaints and Specialized Neck Work Do you have TMJ pain and need very specialized neck and jaw work? We can spend an entire hour just on the head and neck if necessary, and have found the results to be quite beneficial for most clients who suffer with TMJ pain. However, we also understand that some TMJ issues may be reduced by working at an area the further from the perceived problem, which can allow for movement and softening to be translated into the area through a different path.
Example 4 – Musicians (Bodywork and Massage) Perhaps you are a musician who has forearm issues. We’ll listen to your history in order to find out more about how you hold and/or use your particular guitar, drum kit, cello, etc. You may need a whole session which concentrates on the neck, shoulders, upper back and forearms; or perhaps you require deep relaxation work prior to an intense concert. We’ll work with your to find the best fit for your needs.
Example 5 – Stress Related Issues And, if you just need a massage to decrease stress, look no further. There is a reason why we have both worked “on-call” for the concierge at the Four Seasons, St. Regis, Lancaster and other Houston luxury hotels in the past; we are very adept at relaxation-based Swedish work.
Our Bodywork Practice Our goal is to provide you with our best work, each and every time you visit our practice. Most of our clients choose 1½ hour sessions, stating the extended table time past the typical one hour segment provides for a better overall experience. However, you are always welcome to schedule a 1 hour massage therapy session. We can also provide a session of 2 or more hours, if needed.

I just had an INCREDIBLE hour long massage with Kiki. It was my first time, and she did an excellent job of tuning in to what I wanted for this session. I let her know that my hamstrings were tight from exercising and running. She knew exactly what to do! She worked all over, and spent extra time on my “problem” areas. She is a great communicator, and I felt comfortable in asking for more/less pressure. We even talked about a plan moving forward since I have other problem areas, so that those could be addressed as well. And, she is super sweet! Next time, I will book more than an hour!
