Would not recommend! I will preface this by saying i was 7 mins late because the address listed on her booksy site does not list a suite number. I arrived and let her know I was there. I went downstairs and got my wallet and returned to her still doing someone’s hair this was at 12:40 my original appointment was at 12:30. I sat and waited until 1:05 & approached Carla and asked how much longer she would be because I drove an hour away and needed to pick up my son from school. Carla assured me she’d be done in 10 mins. She then came out and informed me she was overbooked and perhaps l needed to reschedule because she didn’t “like to rush”. I explained that I was willing to wait because my birthday was this weekend and I really needed my hair done. I was met with no response and she went back to her customer. Carla was extremely unprofessional in her demeanor and delivery. If she informed me she was running late when we first spoke I would’ve understood being thar I was late as well although it was due to no fault of my own. I teach classes on customer service and respecting the customer. I’d say Carla could invest in one of my classes in the near future. Sad thing is I was referred to her by a stylist that was no longer available and she assured me Carla would be a good fit. Im truly disappointed and dissatisfied. After her client Carla still had someone to wash and put under the dryer. Highly unprofessional. Below is how she chose to “rectify” the situation. Lol
