Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI booked, she was late, and I had to leave because I sat outside over 30 mins waiting with my ride. I reached out and she was unapologetic and stopped responding to me. If it was me who did it as a client it would have been different. I wasn’t able to get my hair done. I’m disappointed and thought I would be able to find me a consistent hair stylist but I wasn’t able to. I wasted time and money coming. I thought I would at least get some sort of response after asking about rebooking, apology, something to show that my time was important and that she was at least sorry. I booked, she was late, and I had to leave because I sat outside over 30 mins waiting with my ride. I reached out and she was unapologetic and stopped responding to me. If it was me who did it as a client it would have been different. I wasn’t able to get my hair done.
