Very unprofessional. She has strict policy about cancelling appointments but she doesn’t have the same curtesy . She canceled my refill and stated she would follow up . I reached out on several occasions . No follow up . I then booked a refill on my own with the only available apt that I could make ( I am a social worker and work a normal 9-5) . I made my 25.00 deposit . Because she canceled my refill turned into a full set . I then attempted to contact for the 3rd time and she answered stating she couldn’t accommodate me ( after she canceled ) .This all happen during the holiday . I was taking holiday pics.
