I received service at this establishment and I have to say the service was very good. Unfortunately the owner was not very ethical. I purchased a 2 facial special which she advertised on Groupon for the price of one. When it was time for my second service, she cancelled my appointment due to a family matter and when I called to reschedule she asked me not to contact her. I never received my second service and this lady’s response to me was very unprofessional. She had no concern about me as a customer. It is so sad because she would have had a permanent client. I felt robbed whereas she believes I got what I paid for even though it was her special. It is so sad because this lady said she was inspired by her grandmother to start her company. I don’t think her grandmother would approve of the way she lied to me as a customer. So disappointing.
