Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWAS TRYING TO FIND A NEW HAIR DRESSER ! I scheduled a 2:30 PM hair appointment days in advance and at the last minute was asked if I could come in at 4:00 PM . Once we got the time issue settled , I came in at about 3:30 PM . I got a roller wrap , when done was asked if I had a cash app ? Then was overcharged , charged $ 60.00 for a roller wrap . I ended up giving her $ 70.00 because that’s just how I am . Got home and unwrapped my hair , it was still wet in the roots and my roots were still curly . Had to have my girlfriend come straighten out all my roots and fix my curl pattern for another fee !
